Heroes No More?
Story Description: A detective for the PPD has you investigating a group of heroes who may have gone rogue.
Story Arc ID: 36861
Author’s Global Chat Handle: @emperorsteele
Length: Very Long (4 missions)
Alignment: Neutral
Designer Notes: Recommended for solo or duo play, levels 45 and up at difficulty 2 or higher. There are EBs, AVs, ambushes, a timed mission, and a defeat-all mission. In short, a lot of things that are annoying on the surface; however, they are thematically appropriate to the plot.

Vey nice use of MA fuctionality across the board.
One of the custom EBs was VERY difficult (nearly impossible - two defeats on my Mastermind that usually rolls through) but that was minor.
I liked the story overall; but while the author thinks the ‘Defeat All’ is ‘thematically appropriate’ (and it’s true; it does fit); I thought it was a bit of a detraction given the enjoyable fight the last mission has; and I did have to go back through the last large map to find the small spawn I missed.
If not for that and the other EB difficulty nit I had; I would have 5 starred this one across the board. Still, overall, it’s a very well done and fun arc. (imo).

Overall the board thread has covered most of my nits about this. I will say that many of the problematic bosses have either been toned down or will be toned down, and the final mission defeat conditions are being tweaked again.
Definitely a worthwhile ride through to the end.

NOTE: as of I15, the arc has undergone some changes:
* Final mission no longer a defeat-all
* Many of the Bosses have had their powers changed
* Morality is set to Heroic
* Entire arc given a 45-50 level range (last mission retains a 46-50 range)
Should take the edge off a bit and make the mission more enjoyable =)
